It has become a routine since then, in order to ditch the harsh conditions of dehydration and abuse of my body.
Thanks to Ice for finding my tiny veins, smoothly and painlessly!

As a parent, ensuring my son was in good hands is number one priority. Livelydrops reliable and safe mobile service is incredibly important, has exceeded all expectations. The process was seamless, the plan options were clear and flexible, and Maggie answered any questions I had.
I especially appreciate how Maggie texted a few hours later to check in on my son. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality service with such a personal touch.
Thank you for making this experience stress-free and enjoyable. I will gladly recommend Livelydrops Mobile to other parents and families who value outstanding service and reliability.

Maggie was the consummate professional. She was organized and friendly, making me instantly feel at ease even though I’m not the biggest fan of needles.
As a former professional athlete and someone who still trains at a very high level, Maggie recommended the Super Immunity, and it was exactly what I needed to get back to feeling energized and strong! She was clean, efficient, and most importantly her IV worked phenomenally! I can’t recommend her highly enough and look forward to my next IV!

From the moment I contacted Lively Drop, Maggie was incredibly attentive. She frequently checked in on my symptoms and made sure to keep me informed about her arrival time. Her genuine concern and personalized care were truly comforting during a tough period.
When she arrived, Maggie was not only punctual and professional but also warm and friendly. She provided exceptional service and didn’t just leave after the treatment; she followed up later that day and again the next day to ensure I was on the mend. This level of dedication and follow-up is truly impressive.
Living in Carson, I’ve noticed that many service providers won’t travel beyond Gardena or the South Bay area. Maggie’s willingness to come all the way to Carson was a huge relief and a clear indication of her commitment to her clients.
I highly recommend Lively Drop Mobile Therapy for anyone in need of IV therapy. Maggie’s friendly, professional, and genuinely caring approach sets her apart, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future. If you’re looking for exceptional care and reliable service, Lively Drop Mobile Therapy is the way to go!

An immunity IV drip is a bag of saline with vitamin C, zinc, B vitamins and glutathione in it, delivered into a vein so the nutrients reach your bloodstream without going through your stomach first. People book one when they feel something coming on, when they are run down at the end of a long stretch, or when they are about to fly and would rather not spend the trip sick.
Here is the honest version of what that does, what it does not do, and what it costs, so you can decide whether it is worth your money.
Everything About the Immunity IV Drip
What Is in Our Immunity IV Drip
The Immunity Drip is $325 and contains a blend of vitamins and minerals in one litre of IV fluid:
- Vitamin C. An antioxidant your body cannot make or store, so it has to come from diet or supplementation. High-dose vitamin C is tolerated far better intravenously than by mouth.
- Zinc. A mineral involved in normal immune cell function. Deficiency is genuinely linked to poorer immune response, which is why it appears in almost every formula like this.
- B-complex and vitamin B12. Involved in energy production at a cellular level. This is the part people usually feel first, and feeling more awake is not the same thing as fighting off an illness.
- Glutathione. An antioxidant produced naturally in the body, added at the end of the infusion. It is also the ingredient people ask about for skin health.
- One litre of saline. The least glamorous ingredient and often the one doing the most noticeable work, because a lot of feeling terrible is plain dehydration.
If you want a heavier version, the Super Immunity drip carries a larger blend. Both are listed with full ingredients on the drip menu with pricing, alongside our other IV treatments.
Why an IV Instead of Oral Supplements
The real difference is absorption. Anything you swallow has to survive your digestive system, and how much of it actually makes it into circulation varies with the nutrient, the dose and what else is in your stomach. Vitamin C in particular has absorption limits when taken by mouth, and higher oral supplements tend to cause stomach upset before they cause anything else.
An intravenous infusion puts the nutrients directly into your bloodstream and skips that step, so the dose you are given is the dose you receive. That is a genuine pharmacological difference and it is the honest case for IV hydration over a tablet.
It is not, however, an argument that a vitamin infusion is better for everyone. If you eat reasonably well and are not deficient in anything, a drip is unlikely to do much for general wellness beyond hydrate you. The people who notice the most are usually the ones who arrive dehydrated, run down, or genuinely short on something.
What an Immunity Drip Can and Cannot Do
This is where most pages about IV therapy stop being useful, so here it is plainly.
What it can do. Rehydrate you quickly. Replace nutrients you are actually low on. Deliver a dose of vitamin C and zinc that would be difficult to tolerate by mouth. Make you feel more human on a day you feel rough, largely through hydration and rest.
What it cannot do. It cannot prevent you from catching a cold or the flu. It cannot cure an infection you already have. There is no strong evidence that an IV vitamin blend strengthens your immune system in a healthy, well-nourished adult, and any provider telling you otherwise is selling rather than informing. Vitamins and minerals delivered this way are not evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration for treating or preventing disease.
What it is, is supportive care. Fluids and nutrients while your body does the work, delivered somewhere comfortable instead of a waiting room. That is worth something when you feel awful. It is not a substitute for a vaccine, for sleep, or for seeing a doctor when you are actually unwell.
Why It Is Called an Immune Boost
Almost every clinic sells this as an immune boost or an immunity booster, so it is worth explaining where that language comes from and how much of it to believe.
The claim rests on a real chain of reasoning. Certain vitamins and minerals are required for normal immune function. Deficiency in those nutrients measurably impairs it. An IV vitamin infusion corrects deficiency faster and more completely than oral supplements. All three of those statements are true.
The leap happens at the end. “Corrects a deficiency” quietly becomes “boosts immunity”, and those are not the same claim. If you are not deficient, topping up further does not push immune function above normal. There is no evidence that an immune boost IV makes a well-nourished adult more resistant to illness, and no blend of IV fluids has been evaluated by the FDA for that purpose.
So the name describes the ingredients rather than a proven effect. We still call it the Immunity Drip because that is what people search for, but you should read it as nutrient and hydration support during cold and flu season, not armour.
Two related terms come up when people book. An IV push is a syringe of a single nutrient given over a few minutes, rather than a bag on a stand, and it is sometimes offered as an add-on. Hydration therapy means fluid alone, with none of the vitamins, which is often all somebody actually needs.
When People Book an Immunity Drip
The pattern is fairly consistent.
Something is going around. Through flu season, bookings rise the week after schools and offices start passing things between each other. Most people book an immune boost IV at the first sign of flu and cold symptoms rather than once they are properly ill, and immune support is the reason they give.
They are travelling. Long flights are dehydrating and sleep goes out the window. An IV before or after a trip is mostly about hydration, and that part genuinely helps.
They have been running on empty. A hard month at work, poor sleep, meals skipped. Energy levels drop and people reach for something. A B complex and hydration blend is a reasonable thing to reach for, provided the expectations are right.
They are already sick and cannot keep fluids down. This is the strongest case for an IV of any kind. When you cannot drink, an IV is the way around the problem, and it is why the Stomach Bug drip exists alongside this one.
How the Appointment Works
A licensed nurse comes to you. You do not travel anywhere.
- You book and complete a short medical intake. The clinical team reviews it before confirming. If IV therapy is not appropriate for you, you are told before anyone is dispatched.
- The nurse arrives with everything. Bag, tubing, single-use supplies. They confirm your intake answers and check vitals where indicated.
- The infusion runs. Around 30 to 60 minutes for this drip. The nurse stays with you the whole time and watches the site and how you are feeling.
- They pack out and talk you through aftercare. Keep drinking water, take it easy, eat something.
Who Should Not Book an Immunity IV
IV therapy is not appropriate for everyone, and the screening exists for a reason.
If you have kidney disease, heart failure, or you are on a fluid restriction, talk to your own physician first. A litre of fluid is not trivial for someone whose body cannot clear it. The same applies if you have a condition affecting how you handle electrolytes, or a history of reactions to any of the ingredients.
If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, confusion, a high fever that will not come down, or signs of severe dehydration such as fainting, that is an emergency room visit and not a drip. Call 911.
High-dose vitamin C in particular is not suitable for everyone, including people with G6PD deficiency. This is one of the questions the intake asks, and it is not a formality.
How Often Can You Have One
For most healthy adults, occasionally, and led by how you feel rather than by a schedule. There is no evidence that frequent IV vitamin therapy produces better outcomes in people who are not deficient, and there are real limits on some of the ingredients.
If you find yourself wanting one every week because you are permanently exhausted, the drip is treating a symptom of something that deserves a proper look. We would rather say that than sell you a package.

FAQS
What does an immunity IV help with?
Hydration and nutrient repletion, mainly. It delivers vitamin C, zinc, B vitamins and glutathione directly into your bloodstream along with a litre of fluid. It supports you while you recover. It does not treat or prevent infection.
What does immunity drip mean?
It is the industry name for an IV blend built around nutrients associated with normal immune function, usually vitamin C and zinc. The name describes the ingredients, not a proven medical effect.
Will it stop me getting sick?
No. Nothing in the bag prevents infection. If you want to reduce your chances of getting ill, sleep, vaccination and handwashing do far more than any drip.
How long does an immunity IV take?
Around 30 to 60 minutes from the line going in to it coming out, plus a few minutes either side for screening and aftercare.
How much does an immunity IV drip cost?
Our Immunity Drip is $325, which includes the nurse visit, all supplies and the full litre. Pricing is per drip and confirmed before your appointment.
Is it covered by insurance?
Generally not. Wellness and hydration infusions are elective rather than medically necessary, so they are usually paid out of pocket.
