It has become a routine since then, in order to ditch the harsh conditions of dehydration and abuse of my body.
Thanks to Ice for finding my tiny veins, smoothly and painlessly!

As a parent, ensuring my son was in good hands is number one priority. Livelydrops reliable and safe mobile service is incredibly important, has exceeded all expectations. The process was seamless, the plan options were clear and flexible, and Maggie answered any questions I had.
I especially appreciate how Maggie texted a few hours later to check in on my son. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality service with such a personal touch.
Thank you for making this experience stress-free and enjoyable. I will gladly recommend Livelydrops Mobile to other parents and families who value outstanding service and reliability.

Maggie was the consummate professional. She was organized and friendly, making me instantly feel at ease even though I’m not the biggest fan of needles.
As a former professional athlete and someone who still trains at a very high level, Maggie recommended the Super Immunity, and it was exactly what I needed to get back to feeling energized and strong! She was clean, efficient, and most importantly her IV worked phenomenally! I can’t recommend her highly enough and look forward to my next IV!

From the moment I contacted Lively Drop, Maggie was incredibly attentive. She frequently checked in on my symptoms and made sure to keep me informed about her arrival time. Her genuine concern and personalized care were truly comforting during a tough period.
When she arrived, Maggie was not only punctual and professional but also warm and friendly. She provided exceptional service and didn’t just leave after the treatment; she followed up later that day and again the next day to ensure I was on the mend. This level of dedication and follow-up is truly impressive.
Living in Carson, I’ve noticed that many service providers won’t travel beyond Gardena or the South Bay area. Maggie’s willingness to come all the way to Carson was a huge relief and a clear indication of her commitment to her clients.
I highly recommend Lively Drop Mobile Therapy for anyone in need of IV therapy. Maggie’s friendly, professional, and genuinely caring approach sets her apart, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future. If you’re looking for exceptional care and reliable service, Lively Drop Mobile Therapy is the way to go!

An energy IV drip is a blend of B vitamins, minerals and amino acids delivered straight into your bloodstream, usually to help someone who has been running on empty feel functional again. It is one of the most requested IV therapies we deliver, and also the one people have the least accurate expectations about.
So this page does two things. It tells you which drip suits which kind of tired, and it is honest about what an IV vitamin infusion will not fix.
Everything About the Energy IV Drip
Which Drip Is Best for Energy
There is no single best IV drip for energy, because “tired” covers several different problems. Here is how we match them to your health goals.
- Dehydrated and flat, after travel, heat or a heavy weekend. The Hydration Drip, one litre of IV fluid with electrolytes. Unglamorous, and often the one that makes the most immediate difference, because a lot of low energy is plain dehydration.
- Run down after a long stretch of poor sleep and skipped meals. The Myers Cocktail at $325. Vitamin B12, B-complex, vitamin C and glutathione. This is the classic vitamin IV therapy blend and the most common energy request.
- Wanting the fullest blend. The Super Drip at $450 adds magnesium, taurine and biotin to that base. Magnesium and taurine are the reason people describe it as steadier rather than sharper.
- Looking for something beyond vitamins. NAD and Super NAD. These sit in a different category, run over a longer session, and are the ones people book when they are interested in cellular energy production specifically.
Full ingredients and pricing for every option are on the drip menu. If you are not sure which fits, describe the tiredness when you book and we will tell you which of our IV vitamin drips actually suits it, including when the answer is none of them.
What Is in an Energy IV Drip
The ingredients that appear across our energy infusions, and what each is doing:
- Vitamin B12. Required for red blood cell formation and normal nerve function. Genuine B12 deficiency causes real fatigue, and correcting it produces a real change. If your levels of vitamin B12 are already normal, more will not push you above normal.
- B vitamins as a B-complex. These act as cofactors in the reactions that convert food into energy. They do not contain energy themselves. They are part of the machinery, not the fuel.
- Magnesium. Involved in hundreds of enzymatic reactions including energy production, and one of the more commonly low minerals in adults who train hard or sleep badly.
- Taurine. An amino acid found in most energy products. Included in the Super Drip.
- Vitamin C and glutathione. Antioxidants rather than stimulants. They are not why you feel different afterwards.
- Fluid and electrolytes. The base of every bag, and frequently the active ingredient in practice.
How an Energy IV Actually Works
Worth being precise here, because most pages are not.
Your body makes energy inside cells, in the mitochondria, by breaking down food. That process needs a set of vitamins and minerals present to run properly. Several of them are the B vitamins and magnesium sitting in these bags. That is the entire mechanism behind an energy IV drip: it supplies essential nutrients that support cellular energy production.
Which means the honest way to describe it is repletion, not stimulation. There is no caffeine in the bag. Nothing in it makes you alert the way a coffee does. What people usually feel within the hour is rehydration, and over the following day, the effect of no longer being short of something.
If you were not short of anything to begin with, the effect is mostly the litre of fluid.
Why an IV Instead of Oral Supplements
Absorption, and it is a real difference rather than a marketing one.
Oral supplements have to pass through your digestive system, and how much reaches your bloodstream varies with the nutrient, the dose and what else you have eaten. B12 in particular depends on a protein made in the stomach, which is why some people absorb very little of what they swallow. An IV treatment puts the nutrients directly into your bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system entirely, so the dose given is the dose received. That bypass is the whole argument for IV over a tablet.
That said, if you can absorb nutrients normally and you eat reasonably well, a daily tablet costs a few dollars and does much the same job over time. The case for IV vitamin therapy is speed, certainty of dose, and the days when you need to function now rather than in three weeks.
It is also why drips for energy are marketed the way they are. Every provider promises to help you fight fatigue and energize, and the language is doing a lot of work. What is actually on offer is fluid, electrolytes and nutrients delivered efficiently. Whether that raises your energy levels depends entirely on whether you were short of them.
What an Energy Drip Will Not Fix
This is the part worth reading twice.
An IV will not resolve persistent fatigue that has a cause. Ongoing exhaustion is one of the most common presenting symptoms in medicine, and the usual explanations are iron deficiency or anaemia, thyroid problems, sleep apnoea, depression, blood sugar issues, or medication side effects. None of those are treated by a vitamin infusion, and none of them get better while you keep papering over them.
If you have been tired for weeks or months, the useful next step is blood work with your own physician, not a standing IV appointment. We will say that to you directly rather than sell you a package, and it is worth being wary of any provider who does not.
Chronic fatigue is a diagnosis, not a description, and IV therapy is not a treatment for it.
When People Book an Energy IV
The situations where an energy boost IV drip genuinely earns its place, and does reduce fatigue in a way you notice:
A specific day that matters. A shoot, a launch, a wedding, a flight. Short-term, and the timing is the point.
Jet lag. Long flights cause real dehydration and wreck sleep. Fluids and B vitamins on arrival help you reclaim the first day, and there is a dedicated Jet Lag drip for exactly this.
After hard training. Athletes book to replenish fluid and electrolytes rather than to feel energised as such. Muscle Recovery is usually the better fit than an energy blend.
Coming out of illness. When you have eaten poorly for a week and cannot get going again, IV hydration plus B vitamins is a reasonable way to reset your energy levels.
How the Appointment Works
A licensed nurse comes to you, so there is no clinic to sit in.
- Book and complete the intake. The clinical team reviews it before confirming. If IV therapy is not right for you, you are told before anyone travels.
- The nurse arrives with everything. They confirm your answers and check vitals where indicated.
- The infusion runs. Around 30 to 60 minutes for a standard energy drip. NAD infusions take considerably longer, between 1.5 and 2.5 hours.
- Aftercare. Keep drinking water and eat something. The nurse packs out everything that came in.
Who Should Not Book One
If you have kidney disease, heart failure, or you are on a fluid restriction, speak to your own physician before any IV infusion. A litre of fluid is not trivial for someone whose body cannot clear it.
The same applies if you are managing a condition affecting electrolytes, or have reacted to any of these ingredients before. Magnesium in particular interacts with some medications, which is one of the questions the intake asks.
And if your tiredness comes with chest pain, breathlessness, fainting or unexplained weight loss, that is a doctor today, not a drip.

FAQS
Which drip is best for energy?
For most people the Myers Cocktail, which combines vitamin B12, B-complex, vitamin C and glutathione. If you want the fuller blend with magnesium and taurine, the Super Drip. If you are mainly dehydrated, plain IV hydration will do more than either.
What is the best IV drip for fatigue?
It depends what is causing the fatigue. Short-term tiredness from travel, poor sleep or illness responds well to fluids and B vitamins. Fatigue lasting weeks needs blood work rather than a drip, because the common causes are not things an infusion can correct.
What IV gives you energy?
No IV gives you energy directly. There are no stimulants in the bag. What these drips supply are the vitamins and minerals your cells use to produce energy from food, plus fluid. If you were low on those, you feel the difference.
How quickly will I feel it?
The hydration part is usually noticeable within the hour. Any effect from correcting a nutrient shortfall builds over the following day or two rather than arriving immediately.
How often can I have an energy IV drip?
Occasionally, and guided by how you feel rather than a schedule. If you find you want one weekly just to function, that is a sign something else needs looking at.
How much does an energy IV cost?
The Myers Cocktail is $325 and the Super Drip is $450, including the nurse visit and all supplies. NAD infusions are priced separately. Pricing is confirmed before your appointment.
